The body is part of the soul; Scriptural Truths: The body is Godlike/Progressive...The body is a sacred gift (Alma 5:35-43)...Don't tread on sacred gifts (D&C 88:33)... The body is a temple; radiating light and truth (Alma 5:14) Don't judge (1 Sam. 16:7)
The worth of the body is great to God. Satan wants us to also reject our bodies. Caring for the body takes careful thought. Discovering the divine nature of the body is the best tool in overcoming eating disorders.
